Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or B2B corporate sales environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to engage prospects confidently over phone and email.
- Strong business acumen with a results-driven and target-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments.
- Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership, and a proactive approach to prospecting.
- Experience using CRM tools and maintaining accurate sales activity documentation.
- Strong teamwork, ethics, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential prospects through inbound and outbound prospecting activities across assigned territories.
- Conduct daily outreach via calls and emails to generate interest and build a qualified sales pipeline.
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers and partners, establishing strong initial relationships.
- Communicate product value clearly and position solutions in a compelling, customer-focused manner.
- Schedule sales meetings, demos, webinars, and other engagement opportunities for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities within CRM systems.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure smooth handover and pipeline progression.
- Develop strong understanding of customer needs to support solution-based selling approaches.
