Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of successfully closing high-value, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
- Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills for structuring and executing complex deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment aligned with Eastern Time hours.
- Strong ownership mindset with a results-driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full lifecycle of enterprise sales opportunities from prospecting through close.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving senior executives.
- Close high-value contracts exceeding $100K ARR.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and refine go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze pipeline performance and deal progression using tools like Salesforce and Gong.
- Contribute to the improvement of outbound sales strategies and playbooks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
