Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing high-value, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills for structuring and executing complex deals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment aligned with Eastern Time hours.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the full lifecycle of enterprise sales opportunities from prospecting through close.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving senior executives.
  • Close high-value contracts exceeding $100K ARR.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Analyze pipeline performance and deal progression using tools like Salesforce and Gong.
  • Contribute to the improvement of outbound sales strategies and playbooks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
