Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in performance-based mobile user acquisition.
- Proven expertise managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook) Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, performance marketing principles, unit economics, and sales funnel optimization.
- Hands-on experience with mobile measurement partners (MMPs), particularly AppsFlyer.
- Solid understanding of install attribution and SKAdNetwork.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven optimization decisions.
- Fluent Russian and English at B1 level or higher.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to testing and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize mobile user acquisition campaigns across Meta (Facebook) Ads and TikTok Ads to achieve growth objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance through detailed reporting and analytics using AppsFlyer, internal BI platforms, and other performance measurement tools.
- Scale acquisition channels while maintaining target CPA, LTV, and other key performance metrics to maximize return on investment.
- Design, execute, and evaluate creative, audience, and ad format experiments to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze user acquisition funnels and performance data to identify optimization opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve acquisition strategies.
