Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in performance-based mobile user acquisition.
  • Proven expertise managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook) Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, performance marketing principles, unit economics, and sales funnel optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with mobile measurement partners (MMPs), particularly AppsFlyer.
  • Solid understanding of install attribution and SKAdNetwork.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven optimization decisions.
  • Fluent Russian and English at B1 level or higher.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to testing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize mobile user acquisition campaigns across Meta (Facebook) Ads and TikTok Ads to achieve growth objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance through detailed reporting and analytics using AppsFlyer, internal BI platforms, and other performance measurement tools.
  • Scale acquisition channels while maintaining target CPA, LTV, and other key performance metrics to maximize return on investment.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate creative, audience, and ad format experiments to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze user acquisition funnels and performance data to identify optimization opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve acquisition strategies.
