Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in merchandising, category management, or product growth in luxury retail, marketplaces, or B2B platforms.
- Strong analytical acumen and proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Experience with image processing, visualisation, or AI-driven design tools.
- Knowledge of e-commerce systems, digital catalogue management, and product information management (PIM) platforms.
- Deep understanding of luxury buyer behavior and marketplace dynamics.
- Proven ability to scale merchandising strategies in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to bridge creative merchandising and technical analytics.
- Strong communication skills for driving team adoption of AI-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies that drive buyer engagement and product performance across the marketplace.
- Curate luxury product assortments aligned with customer demand, seasonal trends, and promotional strategies.
- Manage the CAD creation process and data entry for catalogue technical specifications and pricing.
- Lead the rendering process to ensure high-quality digital assets.
- Own catalogue enrichment and taxonomy mapping to ensure searchability across Shopify, Showroom, and the Nivoda Database.
- Collaborate with suppliers to maintain a dynamic and high-performing product assortment.
- Track key metrics like conversion rates, average order value, and sell-through rates to adjust strategies.
- Work with data engineering to build dashboards and integrate AI tools for catalogue automation and predictive forecasting.
