Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with strong expertise in social media management, public relations, internal communications, and project management.
- Proven experience creating and managing high-quality written communications across social media, executive thought leadership, and external communication channels.
- Strong understanding of B2B social media strategies, employee advocacy, audience engagement, content performance metrics, and platform best practices.
- Hands-on experience using social media management, scheduling, and automation tools, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize results.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, combined with strong attention to detail and sound decision-making abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for experimentation, continuous improvement, and measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Execute and manage day-to-day social media activities, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, engagement monitoring, and performance reporting across key platforms.
- Lead community management efforts by responding to audience interactions, monitoring brand sentiment, and supporting the organization's online reputation.
- Drive external communications initiatives by coordinating thought leadership content, byline placements, award submissions, employee advocacy programs, and PR activities alongside internal teams and agency partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and subject matter experts to ensure consistent messaging, brand alignment, and effective go-to-market communications.
- Identify opportunities to improve communication processes through scalable workflows, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Manage internal communications calendars and develop company-wide updates that keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Partner with HR, business leaders, and executives to support internal events, quarterly business updates, and strategic communication initiatives across the organization.
