- Proven track record of managing product launches and GTM strategies.
- Fluency with mid-market and enterprise sales motions, including complex multi-stakeholder buyer cycles.
- AI-native operator capable of using AI tools to produce high-quality, high-volume enablement and content assets.
- Ability to quickly gain subject matter expertise on technical products and translate features into buyer value.
- Strong operator mindset with a focus on running processes and owning outcomes.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the judgment to balance AI and human craft.
- Ability to work core Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end launch motion for high priority products, from positioning through to post-launch measurement.
- Coordinate cross-functional launch execution across product, demand gen, sales, and customer success teams.
- Develop product positioning that resonates with mid-market and enterprise buyers.
- Drive competitive displacement campaigns by creating objection handling and field enablement materials.
- Analyze win/loss data to provide actionable insights for product and positioning strategy.
- Serve as the internal voice of the mid-market and enterprise customer to shape retention and expansion narratives.
