Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Power BI.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in structured, process-driven environments with attention to detail and accountability.
- Nice to have: intermediate to advanced English proficiency for communication with global stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage mid-market client accounts, ensuring governance, adoption, and compliance with contractual commitments.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing support, training, and ongoing engagement to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the main point of contact and escalation point for assigned customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Support contract renewal processes, including documentation, coordination, and approval tracking for non-direct renewals.
- Monitor service delivery and installation activities to ensure alignment with agreed commitments and client expectations.
- Analyze client reports, historical data, and operational processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Document deviations from contractual or internal policy standards according to governance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of services across all operational delivery lines.
