Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Power BI.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work in structured, process-driven environments with attention to detail and accountability.
  • Nice to have: intermediate to advanced English proficiency for communication with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage mid-market client accounts, ensuring governance, adoption, and compliance with contractual commitments.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing support, training, and ongoing engagement to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the main point of contact and escalation point for assigned customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Support contract renewal processes, including documentation, coordination, and approval tracking for non-direct renewals.
  • Monitor service delivery and installation activities to ensure alignment with agreed commitments and client expectations.
  • Analyze client reports, historical data, and operational processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Document deviations from contractual or internal policy standards according to governance requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of services across all operational delivery lines.
