Responsibilities

- Guide clients step-by-step through enrollment and application processes, ensuring accuracy and ease of completion.
- Provide a high level of customer service while building trust and long-term client relationships.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes within internal systems.
- Support clients in understanding their options so they can make informed decisions aligned with their needs.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve service quality and client experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to strengthen product knowledge and communication skills.
