Requirements

  • Fully fluent in French and English.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with customer interaction in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with hands-on field capability.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical components and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of electro-mechanical concepts.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ERP systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Valid passport and driver’s license.
  • Available for occasional travel, overtime, and weekend work.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise to dealers and customers to resolve functional and operational issues for spa products.
  • Respond professionally to technical inquiries via phone and email with a customer-first approach.
  • Provide verbal instructions and French translation for spa repairs and accessory installations.
  • Perform on-site service calls as required.
  • Troubleshoot warranty issues and explain warranty terms.
  • Write technical memos and product bulletins for dealers.
  • Analyze field feedback to assist the QA department with continuous product improvement.
