Requirements
- Fully fluent in French and English.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with customer interaction in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with hands-on field capability.
- Working knowledge of mechanical components and electrical troubleshooting.
- Understanding of electro-mechanical concepts.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Valid passport and driver’s license.
- Available for occasional travel, overtime, and weekend work.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise to dealers and customers to resolve functional and operational issues for spa products.
- Respond professionally to technical inquiries via phone and email with a customer-first approach.
- Provide verbal instructions and French translation for spa repairs and accessory installations.
- Perform on-site service calls as required.
- Troubleshoot warranty issues and explain warranty terms.
- Write technical memos and product bulletins for dealers.
- Analyze field feedback to assist the QA department with continuous product improvement.
