Requirements
- Degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or any related field.
- 2+ years of compliance, audit, legal, risk management, or financial services experience.
- Current or recent experience in compliance & regulatory roles or financial crimes.
- Ability to identify exact regulatory subsections and flag uncertainty.
- Strong written English proficiency (C1+ level).
- CRCM, CAMS, or equivalent local credential preferred.
- Former regulatory examiner or inspector experience is a plus.
- Commitment of 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.
Responsibilities
- Design and evaluate rule application scenarios by comparing compliance artifacts against specific regulations.
- Write sanctions alert disposition cases including structured false-positive reasoning documentation.
- Build compliance testing scenarios including sample selection, test design, and findings documentation.
- Develop policy gap identification cases to highlight regulatory discrepancies.
- Document all test cases with verified regulatory citations to the specific subsection.
