Requirements

Experience using CRM systems
Experience working in a KPI-driven environment
Experience working in a financially regulated environment
Excellent communication skills

Well organised with good time management skills
Ability to take proactive action when necessary

Responsibilities

Consistently deliver against KPIs including call volumes, talk time, and conversion rates, meeting and exceeding monthly targets
Stay informed on global financial markets and macroeconomic trends, confidently discussing relevant developments with customers to build credibility and trust
Cultivate exceptional, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring every interaction leaves them feeling valued, supported, and confident to trade
Develop a thorough understanding of the regulatory framework governing financial trading, applying this knowledge to ensure all activity remains compliant
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across all key platforms, including HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook
Effectively manage and diversify across multiple lead sources to maximise pipeline coverage and new business opportunities
Work cross-functionally with colleagues across departments to support brand growth and deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience
