Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in a marketing agency managing digital programs.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level.
- Proven experience in growing client accounts and agency business.
- Thorough understanding of digital marketing deliverables across SEO, PPC, Creative, and Analytics.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on processes, quality assurance, and control.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively while managing multiple accounts under tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to travel periodically to support relationship-building with partners.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day client activity including communication, education, and project management for campaign execution.
- Develop strategic account planning and thought leadership for service strategy.
- Monitor and analyze account activity, KPIs, trends, and performance metrics across client accounts.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies that meet partner marketing objectives.
- Lead client meetings to present program optimization, campaign execution, and marketing best practices.
- Manage client and agency team expectations while removing roadblocks to success.
- Ensure all project deliverables are client-ready and manage daily implementation tasks.
