- Experience managing monthly ad budgets of 35,000 euro or more
- Agency background in a marketing or performance agency
- Proficiency across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Merchant Center
- Full-time commitment with no parallel freelance work
Responsibilities
- Build and run high-level SEA strategy for D2C and e-commerce brands
- Manage and optimize Google Ads across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display
- Optimize product feeds and troubleshoot Merchant Center
- Analyze performance and find scaling opportunities (ROAS, CPA, revenue)
- Partner directly with clients and communicate proactively
- Share knowledge in weekly masterclasses and improve team processes
