- Proven ability to handle personal injury claims.
- Comfortable with phone-based interactions.
Responsibilities
- Interview prospective clients by phone and email to learn about the Firm and familiarize them with their cases.
- Conduct primary research to investigate the merit of prospective clients' claims.
- Evaluate prospective clients' claims against the Firm's areas of practice and experience.
- Sign up new clients and manage the client onboarding process.
- Schedule initial consultation appointments with attorneys.
- Enter client information for incoming and outgoing calls.
