Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or brand creative, preferably in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle.
- Proven track record growing an organic social audience and community.
- Strong creator instincts with experience producing engaging short-form video.
- Demonstrated visual sensibility in photography direction, graphic design, and video content.
- Active practitioner of AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, or Adobe Firefly.
- Strong project management skills to manage photo shoots and content calendars.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and identify patterns.
- High visual and editorial standards with strong writing skills.
- Comfort managing freelancers and creators.
- Ability to work overnight hours, Tuesday through Saturday.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow Kasa's social presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop monthly social content calendar, planning themes, campaigns, and lead daily execution.
- Produce or direct original short-form video content including Reels, TikToks, and property walkthroughs.
- Own end-to-end photography and video production for all Kasa properties including vendor management and shot list development.
- Manage an influencer/creator strategy aligned to Kasa’s brand, markets, and target guest segments.
- Work closely with Performance Marketing to align organic learnings with paid creative testing and audience insights.
- Track and report on social performance metrics to iterate on content and creative strategy.
