Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 2 years of HR onboarding administration/training experience required.
  • HR experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based communication software: Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills.
  • Native or bilingual English proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage new hire onboarding from preboarding through client-facing care.
  • Support clinical training efforts and assist new hires as they come up to speed.
  • Ensure new hires complete all necessary steps for the clinical onboarding process.
  • Maintain regular contact with new hires via email, phone, and text.
  • Update and maintain onboarding materials to ensure they are relevant and impactful.
  • Collaborate with recruiting, leadership, regulatory, and HR operations departments.
  • Conduct periodic audits of employee file data for timeliness and completeness.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when managing sensitive employee and contractor information.
