Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years of HR onboarding administration or training experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with cloud-based communication software (Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox)
- Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels
- Native or bilingual English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Manage new hire onboarding from preboarding through client-facing care.
- Support Clinical training efforts by learning the intricacies of Onboarding Cohorts’ roles and responsibilities.
- Assist new hires with completing all necessary steps for the clinical onboarding process, providing direct training and support as needed.
- Maintain regular contact with new hires via email, phone, and text.
- Ensure onboarding materials are up to date, relevant, and impactful.
- Work collaboratively with recruiting, leadership, regulatory, and HR operations departments to monitor new hire progress.
- Conduct periodic audits of employee file data for timeliness and completeness.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when managing sensitive employee and contractor information.
- Escalate issues promptly with diplomacy and discretion.
