Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 years of HR onboarding administration or training experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with cloud-based communication software (Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox)
  • Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels
  • Native or bilingual English proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Manage new hire onboarding from preboarding through client-facing care.
  • Support Clinical training efforts by learning the intricacies of Onboarding Cohorts’ roles and responsibilities.
  • Assist new hires with completing all necessary steps for the clinical onboarding process, providing direct training and support as needed.
  • Maintain regular contact with new hires via email, phone, and text.
  • Ensure onboarding materials are up to date, relevant, and impactful.
  • Work collaboratively with recruiting, leadership, regulatory, and HR operations departments to monitor new hire progress.
  • Conduct periodic audits of employee file data for timeliness and completeness.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when managing sensitive employee and contractor information.
  • Escalate issues promptly with diplomacy and discretion.
