Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in enablement within a high-growth technology environment.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, BDR, and Customer Success teams.
  • Proven track record of building and launching onboarding programs that drive measurable impact.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and influence across multiple teams.
  • Experience working with complex products and technical subject matter.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to provide structured, actionable feedback and direction.
  • Strong interest in and experience evaluating AI tools to improve productivity.
  • Strong writing skills with experience contributing to external-facing content.
  • Experience building programs for BDR or SDR teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch a comprehensive onboarding program that all new hires complete within their first two weeks.
  • Create and operationalize a GTM enablement strategy that supports continuous learning through structured training and certifications.
  • Establish a consistent enablement cadence with a defined training calendar and measurable engagement.
  • Partner with GTM and Product teams to assess effectiveness and translate feedback into targeted training programs.
  • Build cross-functional alignment by incorporating feedback loops and deal analysis to improve enablement impact.
  • Work with Product to ensure enablement materials remain aligned with roadmap and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Marketing to maintain competitive intelligence and articulation of differentiation.
  • Serve as the AI lead for Marketing, evaluating tools and developing best practices to improve team efficiency.
  • Develop and scale a dedicated BDR onboarding program to improve ramp time and pipeline generation.
  • Contribute to external content initiatives including blog posts, guides, and webinars.
