Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience delivering integrations with Workday Financials.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Financials business processes, data models, and the Foundation Data Model (FDM).
- Proficiency with Workday integration methods including Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Web Services (WWS), and RaaS.
- Experience working with XML/REST based endpoints and standard authentication protocols.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation, integration, configuration, or administration.
- Ability to interpret and work with API documentation.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and testing skills.
- Experience collaborating effectively with product and engineering teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences.
- Process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and iterate on Zip’s core Workday Financials and Procurement integration templates for scalable customer implementations.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to ensure integration templates align with product architecture and customer needs.
- Analyze complex customer implementations to identify and convert bespoke solutions into standardized internal assets.
- Support account teams during pre-sales by designing and vetting integration architectures.
- Define and document technical solution consulting best practices across implementations.
- Deepen expertise in P2P and financial systems to support multiple ERP ecosystems and Zip’s App Studio.
