Job Details

8–10+ years of experience in integration engineering, software engineering, or similar technical roles.
Strong focus on system-to-system connectivity.
Proven experience integrating third-party systems with enterprise healthcare platforms, ideally including EHR systems such as Epic.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Familiarity with modern backend development practices.
Deep understanding of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, and SMART on FHIR.
Experience designing APIs and working with cloud-based SaaS architectures.
Experience supporting distributed systems at scale.
Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve production integration issues.
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.

Design, build, and maintain scalable integrations between SaaS platforms and healthcare systems, including EHR solutions such as Epic and Oracle Cerner.
Develop and optimize RESTful APIs, integration frameworks, and data pipelines supporting interoperability across clinical and operational systems.
Troubleshoot complex integration issues in production environments, ensuring continuity of data flow.
Validate and test integrations using healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and SMART on FHIR frameworks.
Build and maintain automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools to ensure integration reliability.
Produce clear technical documentation, integration guides, and system specifications for stakeholders.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate requirements into scalable integration solutions.
