Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 8 years in sales, customer success, enablement, onboarding, or talent development roles, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale, high-impact training initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of buyer and customer journey requirements, particularly within SaaS or cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience developing and executing sales enablement strategies aligned with established sales competencies.
  • Expert-level project and program management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics to measure training effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the trusted enablement advisor to CS leadership and a strategic partner to the broader Revenue Enablement team.
  • Evolve onboarding, continuous learning, and reinforcement programs to meet the needs of CSMs at all stages of role maturity.
  • Launch training and resources that improve success planning, executive engagement, customer storytelling, and outcome alignment.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and the AI CoE teams to ensure CSMs are enabled on new features and adoption plays.
  • Partner with CS Leadership, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product, and HR to integrate enablement into the customer lifecycle strategy.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure enablement effectiveness on customer success, adoption, and expansion.
  • Use data and insights to assess enablement impact on CSM performance, onboarding ramp time, and customer health metrics.
