Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or AI/automation tool management.
- Proficiency in Python is required.
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI tools such as Claude, CoPilot, Glean, ChatGPT, and Zoom AI.
- Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting, documentation, and technical communication.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI or SQL.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to prioritize and manage concurrent technical tasks and projects.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively across different organizational teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as helpdesk escalation point for all AI-related issues including access, performance, and integration.
- Troubleshoot incidents involving tools like Glean, CoPilot, ChatGPT, and Zoom AI.
- Maintain documentation of known issues, resolutions, and best practices.
- Monitor AI system health and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
- Test new configurations and validate system integrations before production use.
- Support AI training initiatives and coordinate user-assistance sessions.
- Capture user feedback and analyze sentiment to report on AI adoption and feature requests.
- Ensure AI support procedures remain compliant with internal governance and security standards.
