Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Python Developer using Python as a primary language.
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals (SOLID, ACID, Testing).
- Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, Fargate, EKS, SQS, SNS, SES, S3).
- Experience with frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, and Flask.
- Extensive experience integrating with or creating REST APIs.
- Experience working in Scrum and following Agile development practices.
- Experience with event-driven microservices or message queues (desirable).
- Understanding of Salesforce integrations (desirable).
- Excellent team-working skills and a problem-solving attitude.
- Passionate about continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, run, and scale services within your domain from the service catalogue.
- Work with product teams to select technology partners.
- Divide time between design, refinement, implementation, and mentoring other engineers.
- Align team vision and roadmap with target architecture to support complex multi-domain initiatives.
- Collaborate with product owners, mobile and web engineers, and data scientists to translate requirements into well-engineered solutions.
- Contribute to Communities of Practice and act as a beacon of best practices.
