Requirements
- Nutritionist/Dietitian degree, or advanced student close to graduation.
- 1–2 years of experience in nutrition, food labeling, recipe analysis, or food science.
- Strong understanding of nutrition principles, nutrient analysis, ingredient labels, and food composition.
- Intermediate/advanced user of Google Sheets/Excel.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to organize large datasets with high accuracy.
- Preferred: Knowledge of US Dietary Guidelines and FDA labeling requirements.
- Preferred: Experience in food industry, culinary operations, or CPG sectors.
Responsibilities
- Support the development, documentation, and implementation of Core Line Nutrition Standards and meal classification framework.
- Classify active Core Line meals according to nutrition standards and process-level logic.
- Support updates to the Nutrition Standards + Legal Claims Playbook, including AI-driven nutrition tools.
- Screen ingredient specifications against Nutrient Optimization criteria to identify gaps.
- Document results from pilot kitchen tests comparing cooking methods and nutritional impact.
- Draft science-backed educational content for eater-facing communication channels.
- Audit high-impact customer assets for nutrition, ingredient, and health-related claims compliance.
- Audit ingredient data for label accuracy, nutrition facts validation, and internal standard alignment.
