Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance-related roles.
- Knowledge of financial software and tools.
- Proficiency in accounting platforms is a plus.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Experience in an agency or retail environment is desirable.
- Fluency in English.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable by processing invoices and scheduling payments.
- Track accounts receivable and issue client invoices for retail and agency services.
- Reconcile bank statements, Wise, Shopify, and payment platform transactions.
- Support the generation of monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow summaries.
- Maintain inventory records and calculate COGS for retail products.
- Track and allocate project costs to ensure profitability reporting for creative agency assignments.
- Prepare quotations and track budgets against actual expenses.
