Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, or Business Data Analyst supporting complex IT or enterprise initiatives.
Demonstrated experience supporting federal government agencies, customers, or contracts.
10+ years of experience leading requirements elicitation, workflow redesign, and development of visual models and analytical tables.
10+ years of experience applying analytical writing, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proven ability to collaborate with developers, product owners, QA analysts, and project managers.
Senior-level ability to operate independently and guide workstreams with limited supervision.
Strong proficiency with modeling tools such as Visio and BPMN.
Detail-oriented with the ability to communicate complex information to executive audiences.

Analyze current and future-state processes through workshops, interviews, observations, task timing, and workflow mapping.
Coordinate with customers and technical teams to define and improve business information systems.
Partner with business and technology teams to define, prioritize, and validate requirements.
Document functional and technical requirements using tools like Visio to identify inefficiencies and control gaps.
Utilize KPIs, gap analyses, and impact assessments to support measurable process improvements.
Support full SDLC activities including planning, requirements analysis, testing, integration, and documentation.
Facilitate adoption through training, stakeholder engagement, and executive-ready briefings and dashboards.
Align processes during system implementations and upgrades.
