Requirements
- 5+ years of experience focused on net new sales including complex enterprise processes.
- 1-2 years of sales leadership experience managing new business account executives.
- Proven track record of meeting revenue, quota, opportunity, and activity targets.
- Demonstrated experience driving sales strategies across North America.
- Proactive problem-solving and effective communication skills.
- Ability to partner successfully with cross-functional, global teams.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, Apollo, and SignalHire.
- Proficiency with MEDDPICC sales methodology.
Responsibilities
- Grow, develop, and manage the team of net new account executives focused on enterprise logo acquisition.
- Partner with VP of Sales and VP of Marketing to operationalize an ABM motion in NA markets.
- Identify target accounts and test outreach strategies using Salesforce, Apollo, SignalHire, and HubSpot.
- Drive sales outreach efficiency and implement effective tactics across the team.
- Coach team members on prospect business drivers and building compelling business cases.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate sales forecasting.
- Create and iterate on sales playbooks and drive adoption of the MEDDPICC sales strategy.
