Requirements
- 8–10+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience launching, building, managing, or scaling complex initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience managing significant budgets and operational complexity.
- Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree preferred).
- Exceptional project management and execution skills.
- Strong systems-thinking and operational design capabilities.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong technology fluency and experience leading technology implementations or workflow transformations.
- Experience supervising staff and managing consultants or vendors.
- Comfort working across multiple teams and functions simultaneously.
- Experience with philanthropic partners, foundations, or funders preferred.
- Jewish communal, educational, nonprofit, or youth-serving experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and advance access and affordability initiatives in partnership with the Vice President.
- Design, implement, and improve program models, participant experiences, and eligibility frameworks.
- Oversee operational success of One Happy Camper and other affordability programs.
- Manage program-related technology platforms, budgets, timelines, and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for technology, automation, and AI to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal departments to establish measurement frameworks and evaluate outcomes.
- Maintain relationships with camps, funders, federations, and community partners.
- Supervise staff and manage external consultants and vendors.
