Requirements
- 5+ years in a senior sales, partnerships, or business development role at a retail FX/CFD broker
- Established network of IBs, affiliates, and trading communities across LATAM
- Professional fluency in both English and Spanish
- Self-directed and comfortable operating in a high-ownership environment
- Experience building pipelines from scratch
- Based in Latin America
Responsibilities
- Design and drive the MarketsVox LATAM go-to-market strategy from day one
- Build a high-performing IB, affiliate, and partner network across priority markets
- Acquire and onboard clients through reverse solicitation channels and local trading communities
- Represent MarketsVox at regional expos and industry events (iFX LATAM, Expo EFX, etc.)
- Work directly with the CEO and CCO to shape regional pricing, product, and positioning
- Hire and build your own team as revenue and momentum grow
