Requirements

- Deep understanding of Reddit culture, subreddit rules, and moderation practices.
- Exceptional written English with the ability to write naturally.
- Experience creating engagement strategies that increase brand awareness and build credibility.
- Proficiency in using Reddit analytics and social listening tools.
- High level of self-direction and ability to manage content calendars independently.
- Strong judgment for navigating sensitive discussions.
- Experience growing a company's Reddit presence is a plus.
- Experience in recruitment, HR tech, or B2B sectors preferred.
- Familiarity with tools like Reddit Ads, Brandwatch, Keyhole, GummySearch, F5Bot, or similar.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Reddit engagement strategies across relevant subreddits.
- Participate authentically in discussions to build credibility and trust.
- Build and maintain relationships with subreddit moderators and key contributors.
- Identify and pursue AMA opportunities and community partnerships.
- Monitor brand mentions and track sentiment across Reddit.
- Manage an independent content calendar and posting cadence.
- Surface candidate, hiring, and industry insights to inform marketing and business development.
- Track and report on engagement metrics, brand visibility, and community growth.
