Requirements
- Graduate level degree in public health, public policy, epidemiology, health economics, pharmacology, medicine, or a related quantitative health field.
- Proven track record of conducting and leading healthcare research studies.
- Extensive experience in business development within life sciences consultancy.
- Deep knowledge of HEOR and RWE study methodologies.
- Experience in formative research or implementation science, including study design and data collection instrument development.
- Ability to manage statistical analysis plans and liaise with programmers.
- Expertise in working with real-world data sources such as claims and EHR.
- Strong situational leadership skills to motivate and lead matrixed teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to executives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute quantitative and mixed-methods real-world evidence and HEOR studies.
- Manage multiple clients and deliver short- and long-term projects.
- Develop and execute project plans, including budget and timeline accountability.
- Generate new business and grow existing client accounts by responding to RFPs and originating study concepts.
- Build integrated RWE generation and communication plans.
- Present research findings formally and informally to diverse stakeholders.
- Translate complex research into actionable insights for client business and evidence strategy.
