Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years experience in commercial real estate capital markets (debt side).
  • Proven track record closing institutional level transactions (individual deal sizes 15M+ and annual volume 50M+).
  • Fluency in capital stack structuring.
  • Experience in term sheet negotiation.
  • Strong proficiency in underwriting and lender program criteria.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end capital strategy including lender sourcing, packaging, and closing.

Responsibilities

  • Drive consistent deal origination by expanding relationships with borrowers, lenders, and investors.
  • Lead full-cycle debt and equity placement from sourcing to closing.
  • Structure capital stacks and negotiate term sheets.
  • Conduct underwriting and prepare marketing collateral.
  • Provide high-quality strategic guidance on CRE capital markets and lender program criteria.
  • Utilize technology and data-driven tools to accelerate deal screening and packaging.
