Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science.
- 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Demonstrated experience providing support in configuration setups.
- Experience understanding various product features.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues arising with customer deployments.
- Experience reproducing technical problems within test lab environments.
- Experience collaborating with development teams for bug resolution.
- Experience providing technical guidance scenarios for new deployments.
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Hyper-V, VMware, and Azure cloud services.
- Knowledge of Sysinternals Suite and Visual Studio Code.
- Familiarity with VBS scripting.
- Understanding of software packaging and deployment technologies including MSI, MSIX, EXE, and AppX.
Responsibilities
- Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.
- Troubleshoot program and system malfunctions and reproduce problems in test labs.
- Collaborate with internal development and product teams for bug resolution.
- Expand and modify systems to improve work flow and serve new purposes.
- Develop integrated systems for production and inventory control along with cost analysis.
- Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles.
- Advise customers on deployment scenarios and provide support in configuration setups.
