- 3+ years in a similar sales role.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets, alongside building strong customer relationships.
- Fluency in desktop virtualization or endpoint security technology, but at a minimum comfortable in an intensive technology solution selling environment.
- Experience selling to a technical audience as well as CxO, SVP and VP-level operational decision-makers.
- Strong background in large Enterprise sales (10,000+ employees)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with non-sales colleagues across Technical Support, Marketing, Development and Account Management.
- High level of energy, motivation, initiative, and professionalism, with a desire to learn quickly and succeed in a technical sales environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to managing sales activity.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is advantageous.
- Manage an end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Opportunity and pipeline development across both inbound lead development, alongside your own targeted outbound sales activity.
- Conduct sales presentations, alongside technical demos that showcase ThinScale’s key features and benefits.
- Establish strong relationships with technical stakeholders and decision makers, the type that always bring you a referral!
- Meet activity metrics for calls, follow up on leads, demos completed, opportunities created and sales closed.
- Manage and maintain accurate contact, lead, opportunity and account information within the Salesforce CRM.
- Foster close working relations within the internal team and across wider functions in the organization.
- Build a wide range of knowledge on top competitors as well as market familiarity.
