- At least 2 years in a Senior Account Management or Client Success role
- Proven track record managing retainer accounts
- Commercially sharp with instinct for spotting upsell and expansion opportunities
- Technical knowledge of web platforms, CMS, performance, SEO/AEO, and digital marketing strategy
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to juggle multiple accounts and manage shifting priorities
- Experience with Webflow, Figma, Slack, and project management platforms
- Webflow experience is a significant advantage
- Comfortable working across international time zones
- Full professional English proficiency
- Resume must be submitted in English
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of retainer clients (N4+) as their primary strategic contact at N4 Studio
- Lead roadmapping, prioritisation, and performance reviews across your accounts
- Translate client goals into clear, actionable briefs for design, development, and content teams
- Proactively identify and drive account expansion opportunities, including Webflow’s Optimise and Analyse products
- Manage retainer budgets month by month, scoping work accurately and catching scope or budget risks early
- Run regular governance calls and produce reporting that clients actually find valuable
- Contribute to how the Client Success function operates, including improving how we scope, brief, and track delivery
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, particularly in SEO/AEO and web performance
