Requirements
- Engineering or technical background with strong data and systems problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to automate tasks and clean/transform data.
- Experience connecting systems using APIs, webhooks, or no-code/low-code tools.
- Proactive, ownership-oriented mindset regarding client issue resolution.
- Client-facing experience with ability to present technical outputs to non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in English (French is a plus).
- Experience in maritime, logistics, or freight industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with emissions accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, GLEC, EU ETS) is a plus.
- Experience delivering reports or data products in a B2B SaaS context is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Process and deliver monthly and quarterly CO2/ocean procurement reports for a portfolio of clients.
- Guide new clients through API onboarding and data model integration.
- Build and maintain automation workflows using scripts, AI tools, and API integrations.
- Connect internal systems, client data feeds, and third-party tools to maintain delivery pipelines.
- Investigate and resolve data quality issues and anomalies.
- Monitor client portfolios for issues and resolve them proactively.
- Provide technical advisory services on API usage and feature optimization.
- Present reports and methodology to clients and answer technical questions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to feed client insights back into the platform.
