Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations.
- Proven track record of running recurring financial cycles independently.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite AR and billing modules.
- Strong organizational skills to manage deadline-driven monthly cycles.
- Clear, professional written communication skills for partner-facing contact.
- Methodical reconciliation mindset with ability to investigate data discrepancies.
- Familiarity with SQL or BigQuery (nice to have).
- Experience in high-growth technology, marketplace, or travel companies (nice to have).
- Familiarity with revenue share, commission, or variable billing structures (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Run the full monthly partner billing cycle by gathering inputs, generating reports, and coordinating approvals.
- Manage partner-facing communications, including sending billing emails and resolving partner inquiries.
- Triage and investigate data discrepancies and document pipeline issues.
- Create, issue, and track partner invoices in NetSuite, match POs to invoices, and confirm remittances.
- Complete vendor and customer setup for new partner onboarding, including tax and banking documentation.
- Support month-end close through account reconciliations and journal entry preparation.
- Maintain process documentation and assist with external audit requests.
