Requirements
- Degree in finance or accounting.
- Professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA, CMA) are highly valued.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and comfort working with financial data and reporting tools.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Experience working in an international environment, preferably within SSC/BSC structures.
- Problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to propose improvements.
- Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills.
- Excellent organization, discipline, and ability to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Support General Ledger processes and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
- Collaborate with finance and non-finance teams, as well as external providers, to maintain and enhance shared processes, tools, and reporting activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, internal and external audit requirements, and local regulatory standards.
- Strengthen financial processes and internal controls through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in local, regional, and global finance projects as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and support ongoing improvements.
- Transition finance, tax, or accounting processes from European entities to Poland and support their stabilization.
