Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Experience working with students who have education needs.
Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations.
Strong virtual instruction skills, including comfort with video conferencing and digital whiteboards.
Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.
Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student's target score, baseline performance, and specific test-taking strengths and weaknesses.
Create structured lesson plans and timeline strategies that align with upcoming exam dates (such as the SAT, ACT, AP exams, ISEE/SSAT, or GRE) and specific student pacing needs.
Adapt instruction in real time based on student questions, practice test performance, and conceptual gaps, emphasizing both content mastery and time-management strategies.
Track student progress through diagnostic metrics.
Communicate effectively with families regarding score growth, homework completion, and official test readiness.
