Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in life sciences commercial compliance, sales/commercial operations, or aggregate spend/transparency reporting, or equivalent technical/customer support experience.
- Knowledge of U.S. laws and codes related to life sciences sales and marketing.
- Knowledge of global laws and codes related to life sciences sales and marketing.
- Experience in a business/customer-facing role.
- Proven experience in customer support.
- Project management experience.
- Ability to maintain a safe, ergonomic, and confidential remote workspace.
Responsibilities
- Maintain deep expertise in U.S. and global life sciences compliance requirements.
- Serve as the primary compliance advisor for transparency customers regarding regulatory interpretation and risk mitigation.
- Oversee customer support and professional services provision.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing needs and resolving issues.
- Ensure successful achievement of all reporting metrics and deadlines.
- Establish KPIs to track progress and identify risks using project management tools.
- Collaborate with team management to document procedures and facilitate training.
- Participate in sales and marketing efforts, including industry conferences and networking.
