Requirements

  • Proven track record of growing sales and profitability on Amazon, running a $10m+ Amazon scale.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience running an e-commerce Amazon Seller Central environment.
  • Experience running high volumes of SKUs.
  • Proficient in Excel and data management.
  • Experienced in the set up, management, and optimization of paid campaigns.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized.
  • Background in consumer goods and office products industries preferred.
  • Experience in the wellness & mindfulness space is a plus.
  • Experience with Helium10 or Jungle Scout is a plus.
  • SEO knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and execute profit maximization activities to achieve financial targets.
  • Manage and track product performance and profitability across marketplaces.
  • Optimize content listings to improve page rank, SEO, and sales.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns including Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display.
  • Execute marketing deals, promotions, and coupons while reporting on key metrics.
  • Analyze market opportunities, customer voice, and competitive data.
  • Forecast inventory levels and maintain shipping eligibility metrics.
  • Report on daily and weekly performance metrics including sales, account health, and compliance.
  • Interact with customer service to address complaints and technical inquiries.
  • Resolve issues by collaborating with Amazon Seller Support.
