Requirements
- Proven track record of growing sales and profitability on Amazon, running a $10m+ Amazon scale.
- Minimum 3 years of experience running an e-commerce Amazon Seller Central environment.
- Experience running high volumes of SKUs.
- Proficient in Excel and data management.
- Experienced in the set up, management, and optimization of paid campaigns.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
- Background in consumer goods and office products industries preferred.
- Experience in the wellness & mindfulness space is a plus.
- Experience with Helium10 or Jungle Scout is a plus.
- SEO knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and execute profit maximization activities to achieve financial targets.
- Manage and track product performance and profitability across marketplaces.
- Optimize content listings to improve page rank, SEO, and sales.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns including Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display.
- Execute marketing deals, promotions, and coupons while reporting on key metrics.
- Analyze market opportunities, customer voice, and competitive data.
- Forecast inventory levels and maintain shipping eligibility metrics.
- Report on daily and weekly performance metrics including sales, account health, and compliance.
- Interact with customer service to address complaints and technical inquiries.
- Resolve issues by collaborating with Amazon Seller Support.
