Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, Group Accountant, or Consolidation Specialist.
- Solid knowledge of international accounting standards and financial statement preparation.
- Demonstrable experience with modern, cloud-based accounting systems, particularly Xero.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple entities and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience with Stripe and Chargebee integration preferred.
- Experience with Joiin for financial consolidation preferred.
- Familiarity with BMD software for the Austrian market is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced technology/SaaS environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for accounting matters across legal entities in Austria, the UK, the US, and Singapore.
- Coordinate and review the work of external local accountants to ensure accurate preparation of local financial statements.
- Drive the preparation of consolidated financial statements using the Joiin consolidation tool.
- Own bookkeeping and invoicing processes across group entities, ensuring accurate transaction recording and timely billing.
- Manage and optimize financial data flows between Stripe, Chargebee, and Xero.
- Identify and implement process improvements for accounting workflows.
- Support the finance team with budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic projects.
