Requirements
- 1-4 years of software engineering experience.
- Proven ability to navigate a broad ecosystem of technology.
- Comfortable diving into comprehensive developer documentation.
- Experience building custom middleware (like n8n flows).
- Experience in a client-facing role, with a preference for a background in consulting.
- Strong communication skills with both business and technical audiences.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
- Capability to troubleshoot and iterate on custom code integrations.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with sales execution to scope complex integration projects.
- Build custom n8n flows, direct API integrations, webhook endpoints, and middleware configurations.
- Own technically complex onboardings end-to-end for CRMs and multi-system orchestrations.
- QA and test all implementations before go-live; own monitoring and iteration post-launch.
- Define and enforce best practices across enterprise SaaS implementations by creating reusable architecture patterns.
- Act as the field-side voice for R&D to identify recurring custom integration requests.
- Act as a primary technical consultant for clients, including conducting onsite visits to ensure successful deployment.
