Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Technical Delivery Lead or Project Management role.
- Experience in the Enterprise Software or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record in leading agile, customer-facing PS implementation engagements.
- Ability to align multi-party teams on project cadence and Definition of Done.
- Experience ensuring predictable releases delivered on time, on budget, and to high quality.
- Advanced communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Empathy in customer interactions.
- Strong aptitude for strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving.
- Understanding of how PS engagements in an ARR-driven enterprise software business improve retention.
- Ability or willingness to use the Camunda product.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of customer implementation engagements, translating outcomes into a delivery plan covering scope, milestones, dependencies, and budget.
- Keep implementation teams (Camunda, customer, partners) aligned on goals, ways of working, and budget to ensure shared accountability.
- Drive scope decomposition, estimation, and change control while making trade-offs explicit to protect delivery commitments.
- Own stakeholder communication by providing clear, evidence-based status updates and driving timely decision-making.
- Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks while removing blockers with technical credibility.
- Capture learnings from engagements to iterate on Camunda’s Professional Service delivery excellence framework.
