Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in International Trade, Logistics, Customs, Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding, or Import/Export Operations.
- Native-level Spanish with strong professional English proficiency.
- Strong understanding of Mexican import/export regulations and customs procedures.
- Knowledge of international shipping documentation and Incoterms.
- Understanding of tariff classification, trade compliance, and transportation management.
- Ability to commit to tasks requiring a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week.
- Ability to provide English-language resume highlighting domain expertise.
Responsibilities
- Design realistic International Trade and Logistics scenarios in Spanish or English, grounded in Mexican operational contexts.
- Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for logistics problem-solving, customs and trade compliance, customer communication, and supply chain planning.
- Review AI- and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, regulatory compliance, operational feasibility, and logistics best practices.
- Contribute to gold standard solutions reflecting best practices across Mexican international trade, customs brokerage, and supply chain management.
