Requirements
- 8+ years in a senior post-sales technical role such as customer engineering, solutions architecture, professional services, or security consulting at a principal level.
- Deep knowledge of AI and ML security, including adversarial attacks, prompt injection, data poisoning, model inversion, and supply-chain risk.
- Proven experience in owning enterprise customer relationships and outcomes from deployment through expansion.
- Ability to effectively hold technical discussions with both CISOs and security engineers.
- Demonstrated delivery leadership in scoping, leading, and closing complex technical engagements with enterprise clients.
- Comfort and experience navigating the full sales cycle.
- Hands-on experience securing LLM deployments including RAG architectures, agentic frameworks, and fine-tuning preferred.
- Background in offensive security, red teaming, or adversarial ML research preferred.
- Familiarity with AI governance and compliance frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, ISO 42001, and SOC 2 preferred.
- Domain depth in financial services, healthcare, defense, or critical infrastructure preferred.
- Experience standing up a practice, service line, or methodology from the ground up preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the long-term success of enterprise customers from go-live onward, including adoption, expansion, renewal, and risk reduction.
- Lead the delivery of AI security engagements such as threat modeling, guardrail design, red-team exercises, and control frameworks.
- Embed with customer security and engineering teams to translate AI risk exposure into measurable outcomes.
- Act as a senior technical voice in enterprise sales cycles, presenting to CISOs and security engineering leaders.
- Partner with sales on scoping, solution design, and proposals for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
- Define repeatable delivery methods and contribute patterns from the field to product direction.
- Lay the foundations of the North America team and grow into a leadership role as the function scales.
