  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
  • Practical filming experience using DSLR cameras or advanced mobile production equipment.
  • Deep understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
  • Strong editorial judgment with the ability to balance audience growth objectives while maintaining high journalistic standards.
  • Experience leveraging analytics, performance metrics, AI-powered production tools, and data visualization techniques.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, project management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative vision, planning, and execution of premium video content, transforming sports highlights, analysis, and storytelling into engaging, platform-native experiences.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of video producers, fostering creative excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional growth.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent visual identity and editorial style across all video content while ensuring high production quality and strong journalistic standards.
  • Partner closely with commercial, editorial, product, and revenue teams to develop content strategies that support audience growth and business objectives.
  • Monitor content performance using data and audience insights to optimize video formats, engagement strategies, and distribution across social and owned platforms.
  • Identify emerging social media trends, platform updates, AI tools, and production technologies, integrating innovative solutions into content workflows.
  • Contribute directly to production efforts when required, including launching new content initiatives, supporting breaking news coverage, and guiding experimental video projects.
