  • Ability to present complex compensation data through clear reports and charts.
  • Experience using Workday for compensation processes and data management.
  • Familiarity with incentive compensation platforms such as Xactly or Varicent.
  • Exceptional communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and People Experience Business Partners to provide strategic compensation guidance.
  • Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, job evaluations, and salary analyses.
  • Support career architecture and job leveling initiatives.
  • Design, enhance, and maintain compensation processes, tools, and governance.
  • Develop executive-ready analyses, presentations, and communication materials.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance to design and administer sales incentive compensation plans.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline compensation processes and evaluate supporting technologies.
