- Excellent analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to present complex compensation data through clear reports and charts.
- Experience using Workday for compensation processes and data management.
- Familiarity with incentive compensation platforms such as Xactly or Varicent.
- Exceptional communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and People Experience Business Partners to provide strategic compensation guidance.
- Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, job evaluations, and salary analyses.
- Support career architecture and job leveling initiatives.
- Design, enhance, and maintain compensation processes, tools, and governance.
- Develop executive-ready analyses, presentations, and communication materials.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance to design and administer sales incentive compensation plans.
- Identify opportunities to streamline compensation processes and evaluate supporting technologies.
