Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in order management, sales operations, or revenue operations.
  • Strong experience working with CRM and ERP systems, specifically Salesforce (required) and NetSuite or SAP.
  • Proven ability to manage large workloads with high accuracy and prioritization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to perform root-cause analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity in complex deal structures.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional influence.
  • Strong organizational skills and sound judgment under time pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and process customer orders with high attention to accuracy, compliance, and downstream financial impact.
  • Manage complex, non-standard deal structures by breaking down ambiguity into clear, actionable order workflows.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations to resolve order issues and improve operational alignment.
  • Monitor order lifecycle and fulfillment status, proactively identifying delays or risks.
  • Analyze order data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process optimization and automation.
  • Document and implement scalable improvements to increase efficiency and throughput across order management operations.
