- Minimum 3 years of experience leading commercial or sales teams.
- Strong background in managing negotiations involving large contracts or CAPEX-intensive solutions.
- Ability to build and execute strategic sales plans with a focus on growth, retention, and market expansion.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, leadership skills, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Availability for frequent travel and residence in Belo Horizonte or São Paulo.
- Fluent English is required.
- Experience in multinational environments and healthcare or medical equipment sectors is considered a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, strengthen market presence, and ensure customer retention.
- Manage, coach, and support the sales team to maximize performance, drive new business development, and ensure consistent execution of sales plans.
- Develop and implement strategies for key account management, including negotiation of high-value and complex commercial deals.
- Monitor and optimize sales pipeline, forecast accuracy, and reporting processes to improve predictability and business performance.
- Identify growth opportunities and design action plans to improve conversion rates and overall commercial efficiency.
- Represent the business in client meetings, industry events, and commercial negotiations to strengthen relationships and generate new opportunities.
