  • Strong background in managing negotiations involving large contracts or CAPEX-intensive solutions.
  • Ability to build and execute strategic sales plans with a focus on growth, retention, and market expansion.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking, leadership skills, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Availability for frequent travel and residence in Belo Horizonte or São Paulo.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Experience in multinational environments and healthcare or medical equipment sectors is considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, strengthen market presence, and ensure customer retention.
  • Manage, coach, and support the sales team to maximize performance, drive new business development, and ensure consistent execution of sales plans.
  • Develop and implement strategies for key account management, including negotiation of high-value and complex commercial deals.
  • Monitor and optimize sales pipeline, forecast accuracy, and reporting processes to improve predictability and business performance.
  • Identify growth opportunities and design action plans to improve conversion rates and overall commercial efficiency.
  • Represent the business in client meetings, industry events, and commercial negotiations to strengthen relationships and generate new opportunities.
